Insight Designs Web Solutions, LLC was founded in 1999 by Beth Krodel and Nico Toutenhoofd, two award-winning journalists who left the Detroit Free Press to pursue their entrepreneurial fascinations with the ever-changing Internet.

Located on the Pearl Street Mall in downtown Boulder, Colo., Insight Designs is a full-service interactive agency, offering world-class design and animation as well as custom programming and savvy marketing solutions.

To date, the company has produced more than 250 websites, including database-driven e-commerce and B2B sites as well as corporate portfolio and brand sites. And Insight's work goes beyond sites to include branding, logo design, email newsletter creation and management, search engine optimization and more.

In spring 2008, for the sixth consecutive year, Insight Designs was named to the Mercury 100, honoring the 100 fastest-growing private companies in Boulder and Broomfield counties.
