Steve Little, one of the founders of ROI Rocket, currently works on developing strategy for the business as well as providing technical solutions.
Zac McGrath
Zac McGrath was born in Rochester, New York and grew up in Ormond Beach, Florida. He attended Phillips Exeter Academy in New Hampshire for high school and then moved back to Florida to attend the University of Florida.
In 2004, Zac started working with Steve Little and in 2005, helped Steve start ROI Rocket. With a strong background in affiliate marketing, Zac is able to help his team provide innovative and cost effective solutions for ROI Rocket customers. Zac manages the relationships for key accounts and remains focused on advertiser and publisher acquisition.
Julian Lewis
Born and raised in Savannah, Georgia, Julian joined the ROI Rocket family in May of 2008. Julian is married and a graduate of the University of Georgia with a BBA in Finance. Prior to joining the team, he completed an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Business Ethics and Legal studies in the Spring of 2008 from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business. While at Daniels, Julian spent time with Liberty Media in their Finance and Business Development group, and the Technology Transfer Office of the National Renewable Energy Laboratory in Golden, CO. Before moving to Colorado, he spent 3 years with Bear Stearns & Co., Inc. working on their middle markets desk.

Al Davidson, CPA
Al is the CFO for ROI Rocket and has been part of the ROI Rocket team since 2006. He has 25 years of experience working with small to medium size businesses, assisting them with their accounting, banking, taxation and business consulting needs. Al is married with three children.
Christy Martin
Christy is an accountant with extensive experience in small business accounting and financial reporting. As the accountant for ROI Rocket and several of its sister companies, she is responsible for all advertiser invoicing and commission payments. A native of Kennesaw, Georgia, Christy moved to Colorado with her husband and joined the ROI Rocket team in the summer of 2008.
Jess Maloney
Jess joined the market research team in the fall of 2008. She graduated the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Biology, emphasizing in Integrative Physiology and Economics. She came to the company with a sales background, and is currently the director of customer communication and also manages online research projects.
Jay Huggins
Jay Huggins is an engineer for ROI Rocket and a native of Colorado. He is a drummer, cyclist, former brew master, furniture maker, baker, home remodeling addict and proud father.
Ann Marie Gastineau
Originally from St. Paul, MN, Ann Marie studied Theatre at JCCC in Kansas City – stage managing, producing and designing productions – and won the Meronde scholarship. In 2007, she relocated to Boston, interned with the editorial department of Nonprofit Quarterly Magazine, and won the Mary Doyle Curran scholarship for a short story submission before completing her BA in English, with a creative and technical writing focus, from UMASS Boston. She moved to Denver in 2010, with her now husband, and joined the ROI Rocket team in 2011.
